Yesterday, January 4, in the Saratov online VKontakte group, a user under the nickname AnnZyabrov published a post about a difficult situation her family was in.
As the woman said, during the New Year holidays, her husband went on vacation to the countryside and was injured while riding on a "bun" - a closed compression fracture of the vertebra with displacement of the fragments.
“From the village hospital we were sent to the 6th city hospital, from there - home. They said that you can lie at home too. Only an X-ray was done. No hospital did CT or MRI. At the same time, not a single hospital has opened a sick leave. (The husband works officially), justifying this by the fact that we call a therapist or that I go to the emergency room and open a hospital there,”writes the Saratov woman.
She added that in the D-Center polyclinic, to which their house is attached (Batavina, 13a), they said that such hospitals were not opened and that they had to go to the emergency room.
“I asked if they could open a sick leave without him [my husband], because he is not transportable. They said yes. Came to traumatology at Moscow 137/149. They kicked me out of there, saying that they would not open anything without a patient. And how to carry if he is not a walker? Where to contact? Where to complain? What kind of medicine have we gone? Why do we draw up a compulsory medical insurance policy? () Or wait for him to be fired? " - the author of the post is indignant.
In support of her words, the woman published a photo of a certificate from the 6th city hospital of Saratov, the traumatologist of which recommended the patient outpatient treatment by an orthopedic traumatologist at the place of residence.
After the post appeared on social networks, a resident of Saratov, Tatyana Sazonova, wrote through the portal "Faces of the province" an appeal to the Minister of Health of the Saratov Region Oleg Kostin, the regional prosecutor Sergei Filipenko, the head of the regional government Roman Busargin and the chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin. The applicant asks the authorities to check the complaint of a resident of the city about the refusal to provide medical assistance.
