Chelyabinsk families will be able to receive compensation to pay off the loan for an apartment after the birth of their third child. The corresponding bill has been submitted to the State Duma for consideration. The payment amount will be 450 thousand rubles.
- The head of state set a task so that large families, where the third or subsequent children were born, could receive compensation from the state to repay their mortgage loan. The law will be retroactive and will take effect from January 1, 2019, - said Chairman of the State Duma Viacheslav Volodin.
State Duma deputy from the Chelyabinsk region Vladimir Burmatov noted that this legislative initiative has long been awaited in the region. “This initiative will provide an opportunity to solve one of the main problems of any young family - the issue of purchasing their own home. It is this moment that most often becomes decisive when the family starts talking about the birth of another child,”said the deputy.
The bill will be considered at the next meeting of the Council on May 13 and then, on a priority basis, at a meeting of the State Duma.
