The post about bullying was accompanied by a video made on January 23 by the mother of the children, which shows how the head of the family throws his young son on the floor from the height of his height, and then his daughter.
As a result of his actions, the children received minor injuries, there is no threat to their lives now. The woman was afraid to go to the police, fearing the anger of her husband, family acquaintances published the video on the social network.
During the interrogation, the man admitted his guilt and repented of what he had done, explaining his aggression by “concern”.
By now, Omsk has already been charged with torture of minors, he faces up to seven years in prison. Investigative Committee applies for the detention of Omsk.
The investigation of the case is under the control of the chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin.
