Starting September 1, 2019, young mothers receive gift sets "I was born in the Moscow Region" in maternity hospitals and perinatal centers of the Moscow Region. Since the beginning of the program, 4295 gift sets have been issued. In particular, more than 500 gift sets were given out in Balashikha.
“On the initiative of the Governor of the Moscow Region Andrei Vorobyov, from September 1, 2019, young parents receive a gift set with everything necessary for the first months of the life of the baby and mother. In addition to clothes, care cosmetics for the baby and mom, hygiene products, the set also includes a colorful brochure, which contains all the useful information about the opportunities provided by the Moscow region for young parents. The family also has the opportunity to choose, instead of a gift set, a cash payment in the amount of 20,000 rubles,”said Svetlana Lazareva, Deputy Minister of Health of the Moscow Region.
According to her, citizens of the Russian Federation have to receive a gift set or a cash payment, subject to state registration of the birth of a child by the registry office of the Moscow region.
It should be noted that last year the Moscow region became the first region in Russia where you can get a comprehensive service. Directly in the maternity hospital, a mother can issue a child's birth certificate, a birth certificate for receiving a one-time benefit, an OMS policy, TIN, SNILS, documents for obtaining maternity capital, attach the child to a clinic and register it for further admission to a kindergarten.
