Within the framework of the United Russia party project "Kindergartens for Children", it is planned to work out the issue of certification of state nannies at the federal level. This was reported in the press service of the party.
“The regional branches of the party were recommended to study and disseminate the experience of social nannies for low-income families. Also, the public council of the party project will work on the issue of certification of state nannies at the federal level,”the statement says.
Larisa Tutova, federal coordinator of the United Russia project, noted the need to organize social nannies for low-income families and certify nannies.
“This question also arose during the All-Russian Day of Reception of Parents of Preschool Children. Earlier, such an institution of state certified nannies was proposed by Anna Kuznetsova, Commissioner for Children's Rights under the President of the Russian Federation. We have 320 thousand children who need nannies. More than 5 million mothers need help raising their children. The introduction of such an institution will not require expenses from the parents,”L. Tutova's words are quoted in the material.
