From December 25, the working hours of shopping centers and organizations for the delivery and issuance of orders will be increased by two hours. This was announced by the Head of Khanty-Mansiysk Maxim Ryashin during the regional operational headquarters to prevent the import and spread of coronavirus infection.
Let us remind you that earlier the Governor of Ugra Natalya Komarova asked to pay special attention to the work with retail chains on the eve of the New Year holidays, taking into account the large number of people coming to Khanty-Mansiysk from nearby settlements of the Khanty-Mansiysk region. “It is important to maintain the most convenient and safe mode of operation of trade organizations from the point of view of sanitary standards. It is necessary to ensure that they comply with all security measures,”said the governor.
Measures to monitor compliance with sanitary requirements have been strengthened in retail outlets. In cooperation with police officers, Rosgvardia and Rospotrebnadzor, raids are carried out daily in shops and other public places. The new operating hours of shopping centers are posted on the official portal of local authorities and in groups of the City Administration in social networks.
Also, during the headquarters meeting, Natalya Komarova drew attention to the fact that the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia for business entities has developed a set of measures to reduce the concentration of buyers in sales areas during the pre-New Year period of increased demand; recommendations were made on trade formats that would simultaneously support small businesses and reduce the risks of transmission and spread of infection.
Then Maxim Ryashin informed the governor about the work of educational organizations. “Today, 4771 children attend kindergartens, which is slightly less than 60% of the payroll. At the request of medical workers, round-the-clock supervision and care was organized for ten preschoolers,”said the head of the municipality.
It was noted that in Khanty-Mansiysk, 4,526 out of 14.5 thousand schoolchildren were transferred to the distance learning format: these are students in grades 6-8 and 10. 251 children study remotely at the request of their parents. In conclusion, Maxim Ryashin expressed gratitude to the residents of the city for their responsible attitude to the observance of restrictive measures.
