The head of the district center Maksim Ryashin informed the Governor of Ugra Natalya Komarova on the eve of organizing events in the city dedicated to the Education Day of the region and the New Year, about ensuring safety measures, including sanitary and epidemiological measures, during the festive events, and organizing the work of shopping centers.
During the celebration of the Day of the formation of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug, all activities will be held online. On November 16, the city month "Local History" started, which includes exhibitions, master classes, video tours, and quizzes. More than a thousand Khantimansi families joined the events.
On December 10, the social networks of the Administration and municipal institutions will broadcast the festive concert program of the Yugra Soloists ensemble.
This year, Khanty-Mansiysk will traditionally be brightly decorated for the New Year. The city has already installed 56 trees, decorated the buildings of municipal educational and cultural institutions, the illumination will be fully completed by December 10. The day before, the construction of ice towns began. This year, the town on Central Square is dedicated to the characters of P. Ershov's fairy tale "The Little Humpbacked Horse", and on Svoboda Square - a circus.
In connection with the action in the region of the high alert mode, New Year's cultural, leisure and entertainment events will be held in an online format: the websites of institutions, social networks, messengers will be involved. New Year's parties in schools and kindergartens will be held in each group separately, without the participation of parents. In schools, each class will be assigned an office for holding the New Year's event strictly at the allotted time. A video broadcast will be organized for parents.
“Two events are planned to be held in person: the competition“My Snowman”in the park. Boris Losev, and Chumovaya Ulitsa in the archaeopark in compliance with all sanitary requirements: the streams of participants will be separated in time, they will organize monitoring of observance of the mask regime and social distance, "said Maxim Ryashin.
Governor of Ugra Natalya Komarova paid special attention to work with retail chains. “It is important to maintain the most convenient and safe mode of operation of trade organizations from the point of view of sanitary standards. It is necessary to ensure that they comply with all safety measures. When planning your work, please take into account the visiting population,”the governor pointed out to the head of the municipality.
As a reminder, on November 25, the Governor of Ugra, Natalya Komarova, signed a decree on the introduction of a number of additional restrictions in the region in order to prevent the spread of a new coronavirus infection. In accordance with the document, in the period from December 1, 2020 to January 11, 2021, indoor cultural and entertainment events, including children's ones, timed to coincide with the New Year, as well as New Year's fairs, exhibitions with the participation of citizens, and the work of animators have been suspended.
In this regard, in Khanty-Mansiysk, it was decided to transfer most of the New Year's events to the online format. Police officers will be on duty at the festively decorated street areas to avoid the mass presence of people.
