The social technologist Roman Alekhin was approached not only by the boy's parents, but also by the doctors of the Oryol NKMTs named after Krugla. Little Dani began to develop hydrocephalus, but they could not help the child in Kursk. The boy was taken to Oryol, where he underwent three unique brain surgeries. The child survived, but needed further hospital treatment. However, it was not possible to leave him in the neighboring region: after the child's condition was stabilized, it was required to transfer him to his native region. With the return, problems arose that even the Oryol doctors could not solve: the head physician Igor Zorya refused to admit Danya to the regional children's clinical hospital. The Zheleznogorsk child was sent to recuperate in his small homeland, placed in the adult intensive care unit of the Zheleznogorsk hospital, where there is no equipment for nursing such small patients, including ventilators equipped for them. Despite all the efforts of local doctors, it was not possible to save the child. Today it became known about the death of three-month old Dani. The day before, Roman Alekhin wrote on his social networks: “I don’t know who gave Zora the authority to decide whether the child saved in Oryol will live, but I’m already tired of his tyranny. I want to turn to Roman Starovoit, since he has delved into medicine himself, and ask him to save the child! () The Oblzdrav knows about the situation, but Zorya is inviolable, since the deputy is from United Russia and even they cannot oblige him to accept the child. " After it became known about the boy's death, Roman Alekhin wrote the following: “I appeal to the Governor, to the Prosecutor, to the Head of the Investigative Committee for the Kursk Region with a demand to check the actions of the head physician of the regional children's hospital, who refused to hospitalize a 3-month-old child and - for whose refusal, he was forced to be treated in the adult intensive care unit of the Zheleznogorsk hospital, where he DIED yesterday. I no longer ask, but demand, as a citizen who voted for Roman Starovoit and urged others to vote for him, to conduct a check and remove I.V. Zorya from working with children. I also ask United Russia to study Zori's actions and make a political decision. Please support the requirements! Roman Vladimirovich, please hear us!"

The editorial staff of Kursktv.ru expresses sincere condolences to the boy's family and subscribes to these requirements. We ask you to consider this publication an official appeal to law enforcement agencies and the regional branch of the United Russia party and to understand the current situation.

We have already said more than once that the Kursk region is becoming dangerous for children, that with such an attitude to children's health care, one should not be surprised that young parents by hook or by crook are trying to leave their native region. How much more evidence of the ongoing lawlessness must be provided for the regional authorities and law enforcement agencies to finally pay attention to this problem? How many more children must die before it becomes clear that the time has come to change the leadership of the CSTO, to take measures so that the situation does not repeat itself from year to year?
