SIMFEROPOL, January 28 - RIA Novosti Crimea, Vladislav Sergienko. The case of violence against children in a foster family will be brought to court in the near future. The ombudsman for children's rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan Irina Klyueva said this in a commentary to RIA Novosti Crimea.
“Quite recently there was a sensational story when children were removed from the family and refused to return, citing the fact that they were subjected to physical and psychological violence. in their families, "- said the Ombudsman.
According to her, if the parents' guilt is proven, then, most likely, they will be deprived of custody of the children.
"Such stories, as a rule, end with the deprivation of parental rights. Rarely are situations when parents are deprived of their rights to a child for a while, after which they can again take the baby into the family. As a rule, children are bullied by those people who did not want a child, do not they love them, do not want to sacrifice their bad habits for the sake of raising children, lead an asocial lifestyle. Children make them nervous and annoying, "Klyueva explained.
As the website RIA Novosti Crimea previously reported, in Bakhchisarai, the father of a one and a half year old girl strangled her for disobedience. The investigation found that the man often drank and constantly beat the child and wife. A confession was received from him.
