The planning project for the territory of the new quarter under the renovation program in the 24th microdistrict of Sviblovo will be changed in accordance with the wishes of local residents - as a result of the hearings on the renovation program, several social facilities for children will be built here at once, as well as a fitness center with a swimming pool. This was reported to journalists by Galina Mits, Deputy Director for Production Work of the State Autonomous Institution "NIiPI Gradplan of the City of Moscow".
“We wanted to create a comfortable environment for the life of the entire district, so the project was based on the wishes of both the participants of the renovation program and their neighbors. The new houses will be integrated into the existing buildings. In the 24th microdistrict Sviblovo, we will create comfortable urban spaces with places for recreation. In addition, the project provides for the construction of an educational building, which includes a block of primary classes and a kindergarten, as well as an additional kindergarten and a children's clinic,”said G. Mits.
Social infrastructure facilities will be erected simultaneously with the houses - they will be ready for the completion of residential buildings. New children's and sports grounds will be equipped on the territory of the quarter.
