Outrageous facts with signs of cashing in capital capital were revealed during an inspection of ownerless residential buildings in order to streamline the issues of ownership of them. The materials of the check were transferred to the regional Department of Economic Security and Anti-Corruption of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, the information was sent to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation.

“We asked competent structures to consider the submitted materials and assess the revealed facts,” explained the director of the department, Yana Yurina. - The state spends a lot of money on maternity capital. It is unacceptable when the budget of the country intended for children goes into the hands of scammers.

Recall that the use of maternity capital is strictly regulated. The subsidy can only be spent on paying for education for children, improving housing conditions, forming a mother's future pension, social adaptation and integration into society of disabled children, receiving a monthly payment by low-income families in which the second child is born (adopted) after January 1, 2018 … At the same time, the housing must meet the safety criteria for children. Maternity capital cannot be cashed, exchanged or sold. For a violation, the mother can, at least, lose capital, and, at the most, receive a fine or a term for fraud.
