The guardianship and trusteeship authorities in Moscow in the coming days will file a statement of claim against the parents of the girl, who has been living in the Moscow perinatal center for five years.

This was reported on the website of the Department of Labor and Social Protection of Moscow.
It is noted that with the help of the court, the guardianship authorities want to limit the couple in parental rights or even completely deprive parental rights, if additional circumstances are revealed.
“Considering that the court has established that there are no valid reasons for the parents not to take the child, and the parents still do not take any action to take the girl, the guardianship and guardianship authorities will file a statement of claim on the limitation of the girl’s parents in parental rights in the coming days,” statement.
As part of the legal proceedings, the guardianship authorities are going to file a petition for a comprehensive forensic medical examination of the child and her parents.
According to the department, the situation around the girl became known in January 2019 thanks to the appeal of the Mother and Child Perinatal Medical Center. By that time, the child had been in a medical institution for several years. The center indicated that the girl could be discharged home, but the parents refused to take the child, saying that they were afraid for her health.
Earlier, the Vyborgsky District Court of St. Petersburg did not satisfy the lawsuit of the guardianship authorities for the deprivation of the parental rights of the hearing-impaired Olesya Utkina, who was separated from her two small children, and then transferred from social institutions to the guardianship of her grandmother.
