Large-scale improvement works are being carried out in the North Balashikha microdistrict within the framework of the regional program. In the former military town, gymnasium 3 and a kindergarten have already been repaired, the next in turn is a house of culture.
Gymnasium 3 in the Severny microdistrict was overhauled. A large sports ground and a jogging area have appeared here. The institution trains more than 400 children from the Severny, VNIIPO, Sacramento, Novaya and Bezmenkovo microdistricts.
“We agreed that something else needs to be bought in order to have both comfort and full opportunity to get everything you need to conduct educational processes. We will do this when the program is finalized in March this year. I think that by September 1, the school will be fully equipped, "- promised the chairman of the Moscow Regional Duma Igor Bryntsalov.

Kindergarten "Umka" also underwent changes: the premises were expanded, ventilation was carried out, the assembly hall and specialists' offices were re-equipped. The renovation of the cultural center is planned for 2019-20; currently, the park in front of the building is landscaped.

The new gas boiler house in terms of capacity will be designed for the further development of the microdistrict. She will be able to serve all residential buildings, social and industrial institutions. The work is being carried out within the framework of a regional program for the restoration of the infrastructure of the former military camps.
