The guardianship declared the house in which the family lives unsuitable for life. However, the new living space is not allocated to the Pugachevs.
The Investigative Committee in the Chelyabinsk Region is checking the actions of the guardianship authorities who took five children from single mother Nina Pugacheva.
The scandalous incident happened some time ago. The woman went to the hospital for a planned operation, and the children stayed with her boyfriend. However, the arriving officials took them away, saying that the man cannot be considered the legal representative of minors.
“They arrived at the Gazelle without a resolution or documents. After the end of the working day! They said that Sergei is not a blood relative and the children cannot stay with him,”Pugacheva told the RT project“Not one on one”.
The woman, by her own admission, was required to sign a voluntary waiver of the children, but Pugacheva refused.
However, after returning from the hospital, the children were never returned. The fact is that the Pugachevs' house was declared unfit for life. But a single mother cannot get housing for social rent: the city administration is against it. The Pugachevs were offered to rent a house, but the monthly payment was too high for the family.
The woman is sure: this conflict was the reason that she was separated from her children.

The chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Alexander Bastrykin, instructed the leadership of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Chelyabinsk Region to investigate the situation.
