Recall that the "covid" hospital in Zubovo emerged as a reaction to the largest pandemic. It was necessary to find the technology to quickly build new hospitals with hundreds of beds for patients. And the Bashkir builders found it. The shape in the form of a kurai inflorescence - seven "petals" - allowed to reduce the area of construction, and the technology of erection from light steel thin-walled structures - the construction period. Moreover, everything meets the highest healthcare standards.
And if the dental hospital was built in an emergency mode, then the new center was created in a more relaxed atmosphere, and ahead of the already tight schedule.
The developers have significantly improved their project. For example, a children's department, a maternity ward, a bacteriological laboratory, and an admission and diagnostic department have appeared here. A surgical department was also added. In the infectious diseases center, 74 boxed wards, including 14 intensive care wards, can accommodate up to 282 beds, and even 312 in emergency mode.
The employees have at their disposal 36 artificial lung ventilation devices, a computed tomograph, a stationary X-ray machine, a set of equipment for surgery and a maternity ward, and an oxygen production station. A dormitory for 24 people was built for employees. In emergency mode, up to 40 people can be accommodated here.
“The main thing is in the new approaches to state regulation, which we have tested,” says Prime Minister of the Republic of Bashkortostan Andrei Nazarov. - Now we can say that traditional methods - when hospitals, schools, kindergartens and other social facilities are built for 3-4 years - is already archaic, and we must move away from it. 50 days is exactly as long as physical work takes. We can say that everything else is paperwork that can be squeezed in time. Let not until 50 days. 50 is an extreme, when any problem is considered out of turn, even at night. But in any case, not 3-4 years.
