A resident of Moscow, who threw her two young daughters off a bridge in the Nekrasovka area, might have been uncomfortable after an unsuccessful attempt to place her children in a kindergarten, Moskovsky Komsomolets writes.
According to the newspaper, on September 10, together with her mother, two twin daughters and a 10-year-old son, a 28-year-old woman moved to a rented apartment in Nekrasovka from another part of the city, where she could not arrange the girls in the garden. She chose this area precisely because of the availability of preschool institutions. The father did not participate in the upbringing of children since the mother found out about his infidelity and broke off all relations with him.
"MK" with reference to unnamed friends and relatives of the woman reports that she had plans for the future, she wanted to open her own beauty parlor, had a negative attitude to alcohol and drugs. On Monday, September 16, she suddenly had a nervous breakdown. On that day, a Muscovite accompanied her mother and son to the station, returned home, took her daughters and took them to the bridge. She threw the twins over the parapet and threw them from a five-meter height, after which she tried to commit suicide. Eyewitnesses tied her up and handed her over to the police.
The girls were hospitalized. One of them has a broken collarbone, the other has an abrasion. They are expected to be discharged in three days, after which they will be raised by their grandmother. The mother herself was placed in the psychosomatic department of one of the hospitals. Previously, she was not registered with a psychiatrist.
On the fact of the incident, a case was initiated on the attempted murder of two young children.
