KRASNODAR, 4 October - RIA Novosti. A criminal case was opened against a man who hit a child on a playground in Krasnodar, the press service of the SUSK RF for the Krasnodar Territory reports.
It is noted that, based on the results of the inspection, a criminal case was initiated against a 34-year-old local resident on suspicion of committing a crime under the article "beatings" based on the report of a man beating a boy on a playground.
As the department explains, on Sunday, a conflict occurred between children on a playground on Gidrostroiteley Street in Krasnodar, as a result of which a 9-year-old boy hit another several times on the head. SUSK noted that the child told his stepfather about the incident, after which both came to the playground.
"Realizing that he has a physical superiority over the child, the man, out of hooligan motives, hit the abuser in the face, threw him to the ground, and then stabbed him again. As a result, the youngster suffered bruises and bruises on his lower lip and nose. He also hit another the boy, causing him physical pain, "- said in the message.
The department added that currently all the circumstances of the crime, as well as the reasons and conditions that contributed to it, are being established.
Earlier it was reported that the chairman of the RF IC, Alexander Bastrykin, instructed to take control in the central office of the progress of the pre-investigation check of the beating of a boy by a man on a playground in Krasnodar.
