"The children of the president came to us (Syria - ed.). They were quite ordinary children in" Artek ". And this is a very good example for many powerful of this world that no special relations were created, special measures were not applied," - Kasprzhak told RIA Novosti.

As the director of the camp noted, he was pleased with Assad's statement that after the trip to Artek, his children got to know Russia better.

"Therefore, in the modern international context, the arrival of the children of the leaders of the countries to Artek can do a good job: maybe the children will explain to their parents that our country is not so bad," Kasprzhak specified.

At the same time, he explained that he was not going to send out special invitations. The children of the presidents are exactly the same as the children of the most ordinary workers from these countries, so there are no special invitations. I can give a general invitation to all the children of the world, including them. I recommend that you pay attention to this opportunity and visit Artek, - said the camp director.

He also said that an international project "Children's Model UN" is planned for August in "Artek". "Such a format as the Children's Model UN is one of the ways to find agreement so that tomorrow these children would be comfortable living in peace," Kasprzhak emphasized.

He added that last year children from 62 countries of the world visited Artek, and no less number is expected in 2018.
