As part of the renovation program, 11 new social facilities will appear in the Mozhaisky District. This was announced by Anatoly Vladimirovich Vlasenko, head of the department for construction, property-land relations and transport of the Mozhaisk district administration. - Mozhaisky district will be transformed. For residential quarters, territory planning projects have been developed and approved, according to which 11 social facilities will appear in the district. Among them there will be schools, kindergartens, clinics, sports and entertainment centers, art schools, - said Vlasenko. Now it will be possible to forget about the long road to the clinic, school or kindergarten, and circles for the child can be chosen almost within walking distance. The area will become even more livable - especially for families with children. So, in blocks 67, 68-69, it is planned to build a new clinic. There will be a children's and an adult department, with a total of 750 visits per shift. Another good news for parents is the new school and kindergarten for 550 and 150 places, respectively. In blocks 78-80, 107-110, two kindergartens with 150 places each will also be built. And there will also be a new building of the M. E. Zhadkevich. A sports complex with a swimming pool, a school for 650 children and two more kindergartens, this time for 125 and 150 children, will appear in microdistricts 71-72. And for additional education of the younger generation, an art school will open. Public buildings will also appear in the district during the renovation. - It is too early to draw conclusions about what will be located in these buildings: perhaps they will be occupied by economic services, or maybe the premises there will be intended for rent. In any case, the district will benefit from it, - added Anatoly Vladimirovich. Recall that in the Mozhaisky district, 148 residential buildings are included in the renovation program. Construction is in full swing, launch sites have been selected, some residents have already moved, and someone is waiting for the keys to their new apartment. Apartments are issued with finishing, and for some categories of citizens a special layout is provided - for example, for people with disabilities. Shops, institutions for children, hairdressers, pharmacies, and everything that is needed for a comfortable life will open on the ground floors of new buildings. Residents will be provided with everything they need within walking distance.
