On the international day of the family, the city festival of children's creativity "The world in which I live" was held in the house of culture of Lesosibirskiy LDK 1. It brought together 13 creative teams of various directions. The festival was organized by the Center for Continuing Education of the city of Lesosibirsk, with the support of SegezhGroup. On the main stage of the Palace of Culture, talented children from all educational institutions of the city demonstrated to the audience the mastery of choreography, choral singing, and acting.
According to Olga Yegorova, head of the Lesosibirsk city education department, the upbringing of the younger generation is a task not only of parents, but of the whole society as a whole.
“Helping a child in the development of his creative potential, creative abilities, the ability to determine his place in this world is an important function of you and me - adults. Each child is unique and talented, we only need to notice it in time and direct it in the right direction. Therefore, such events are very important in the creative life of a child, because there is an opportunity to demonstrate success to the closest and dearest people - parents, as well as to get the support of friends! - noted Olga Yurievna.
More than 450 residents of the city of Lesosibirsk were able to take part in various master classes, as well as visit an exhibition of arts and crafts and fine arts, technical creativity, tourist skills and robotics.
From the stage of the House of Culture, the organizers of the festival expressed gratitude to the leadership of SegezhGroup for the opportunity to hold a children's event at a high level and handed letters of thanks.
