Park "Birch Grove" within the boundaries of the Khoroshevsky district is a favorite place for walks for both residents of Khoroshevka and the nearby Sokol district. Basically, the park attracts people with children: bright playgrounds, many sports simulators, squirrels climb trees. The Khoroshevka correspondent inquired about how visitors assess the improvement of the park.

Olga Egorova from 2nd Sand Street, walking in the park with her granddaughter:

- After landscaping in the park, I am for the first time. I really like: the playground is comfortable, we will be happy to come back here again. In general, it is good that there is a place near the house where you can take a walk with your child, it is even more pleasant that all the entertainment is free. Do I remember the park before? Of course. But playgrounds are better than drinking dominos - they were regulars here.

Vasily, a resident of Khoroshevsky, dad of two children 2 and 4 years old:

- We really like it in the park, the youngest daughter has chosen a balancer. Personally, it is convenient for me that there are different simulators and swings on the playground: both daughters are interested.

Danila from Khoroshevsky, goes in for sports on the site:

- The park has become much better. Do children interfere with sports? No, they are children, they will still climb on all the simulators - curiosity is inherent in children. The main thing is that all simulators are safe. There seems to be no problem here.

Anna Vasilievna, 79 years old, a native of Khoroshevsky:

- Well done, I like it. Would you like the forest to be preserved here? Probably, yes, only now I'm more comfortable as it is: benches to sit: unfortunately, long walks tire me. Previously, a lot of people walked with dogs, but now I see that people are ashamed to leave dog "gifts" on the paths - they clean up after the animals or go away for a walk.

Lawyer Yuri Ostrovsky, lives most of his life in Khoroshevsky, walks on the site with his wife and youngest daughter:

- Do we like the updated park? Certainly! They came up with a great idea to install an awning here - it's comfortable in any weather. The best assessment of the renovated park is the crowd of people: look how many people there are on the weekend.

Marina, the mother of twins, walks with a double stroller.

- It became more convenient for me after the improvement: with the stroller I have to carefully plan the route, I used to walk closer to the street. Kuusinen, now I am walking through the entire territory of the park. What am I doing here? I breathe air, feed squirrels - they are almost tame here. The lighting was done - you can walk in the evening. I haven’t appreciated the playgrounds yet - it’s useless, the children will grow up, then I’ll say whether they like it or not.

Andrey is the dad of four children, lives in the passage of the Birch Grove.

- The park has been landscaped for as long as I can remember. Finally, the work is completed - just my fourth child has grown up. How do I assess the changes? Positive, although there are questions. I would like to have one more entrance, closer to the house, so as not to make a "detour" to Kuusinen. Again, questions about the territory that used to be behind the fence (former fuel and lubricants warehouse - ed.). What will happen to her, now she spoils the whole view.

Oleg is 30 years old, he is a dad of two children. He spent all his childhood in "Birch Grove".

- After the improvement, the filling of children's playgrounds has become better. But the fences between the lawns and the covering have been removed in vain - the children will drag the dirt on the "rubber band", then it will be on the swing. Park or forest? I would like to save the forest, of course, but it was, in fact, destroyed by a hurricane in 1997: then two-thirds of the trees fell here. And if we look at the park from the point of view of a landscaped area within walking distance, then the trend is excellent. (ib)
