A preventive conversation was held at the SBEI SOSH 1989 "Education Center" of the South-Eastern Administrative District of Maryino of Moscow on road safety. Inspector of the road patrol service Sergei Grishanov told the students that from year to year the flow of cars is increasing, and with them the number of road accidents is growing. Dozens of children die on the roads every year, and more than a thousand are seriously injured. Very often this happens because children do not know the rules of road safety or violate them, not realizing the tragic consequences of their carelessness.
“The children were explained how to behave correctly on the carriageway, where it is allowed to ride bicycles, scooters, rollerblades and skateboards, so as not to become a participant in a traffic accident,” Olga Yegorova, head of the press service of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the South-Eastern District, told VM.
- The schoolchildren were clearly shown how to properly cross the road with a bicycle and a scooter, they were told about the effectiveness of using reflectors in the evening. We explained to the kids that you always need to wear protective equipment - a helmet, elbow pads, knee pads.
The purpose of the lecture is to instill in children the skills of safe behavior on the streets of the city.
