Funding is provided for children born after December 31, 2018. At the birth of the first child, payments are 23,602 rubles 32 kopecks. Regional maternity capital at the birth of a second child - 135,907 rubles 80 kopecks.
“I would like citizens to apply with applications and receive these payments. The list of documents for receiving funds is minimal. After the family completes the application, we check all the information received. If the conditions are met, a decision is made to grant the payment. Families can use the funds of the regional maternity capital at their own discretion. For example, to improve living conditions, pay for educational services and more,”commented Ayagma Vanchikova.
In addition, large families can receive a new monthly payment for the third child or subsequent children born after December 31, 2018 and before they reach the age of three. Financial support in 2019 is 11801 rubles 16 kopecks. These funds can be received by families with an average per capita income below the subsistence level.
