Today, October 18, in the Bolkhovsky microdistrict, an identical start was given to the construction of a kindergarten. This will be the first educational institution in a residential area that has been actively developing since 2013.
The Governor of the Oryol Region, Andrey Klychkov, said that today is one of the happiest days.
- Today we keep our promise. There was a lot of talk about kindergartens, Oryol residents reasonably demanded places in preschool educational institutions. The principal task of the authorities is to create comfortable conditions for residents, including the smallest ones. Within the framework of the "Young Family" program, we must provide everyone with places in the kindergarten. This is not an easy task, but on September 1, a kindergarten was opened in Naryshkino, construction began in the Zarechensky microdistrict. I would like to thank Orelstroy: the company promises to fulfill all its obligations. Together we will cut the ribbon at the opening next year, - said Andrey Klychkov.
Speaker of the Oryol Regional Council Leonid Muzalevsky emphasized that sometimes plans and deeds differ. However, the development of the Bolkhovsky microdistrict is a different story. A wonderful kindergarten project is being implemented, and next year the construction of the school will start.
Dmitry Suchkov, Senior Executive Director of Orelstroy PJSC, recalled the true truth for centuries: “Children are our everything”.
“We are at the forefront of bringing more children and happy parents to this area. We, as builders, will do everything for this,”promised Dmitry Suchkov.
Vladimir Balukhtin, director of the contractor Oryol Construction Management-2 LLC, noted that the residents of the microdistrict can look into the future with a smile. More than one social object will appear here.
The new kindergarten has 230 seats. It should be handed over at the end of 2019. The general contractor is Oryol Construction Management - 2, a subsidiary of Orelstroy PJSC. The contract price is over 163 million rubles. Funding was allocated according to the federal program. A similar project OSU-2 is being implemented in the Zarechensky microdistrict. There the "time capsule" was laid on September 20. Object parameters and deadlines are similar.
