The calendar includes vaccinations for children, in the absence of which the child cannot attend kindergarten, go to children's camps. Compulsory vaccinations are also available for representatives of some professions - catering workers, social workers, teachers. Mandatory vaccination is provided for those who travel to work abroad or work on a rotational basis. For each group of professions - its own list of vaccinations. Without these vaccinations, they will not be given a work permit.
From December 27, 2020 (the date of entry into force), the well-known new vaccination against coronavirus infection has been included in the Calendar of Preventive Vaccinations. It has become mandatory for representatives of three groups of professions.
1. Employees of medical, educational organizations, MFC, as well as persons with chronic diseases (diabetes, cardiovascular system, obesity).
2. Employees of transport, law enforcement, border guards and customs. Volunteers, military personnel. Services sector.
3. Government and civil servants, students, conscripts
Paragraph 8 of clause 1 of article 5 of Federal Law 157 gives the right to refuse vaccination. But, Lack of preventive vaccinations entails:
a prohibition for citizens to travel to countries in which, in accordance with international medical and sanitary rules or international treaties of the Russian Federation, specific preventive vaccinations are required;
temporary refusal to admit citizens to educational organizations and health institutions in the event of mass infectious diseases or the threat of epidemics;
refusal to admit citizens to work or suspension of citizens from work, the performance of which is associated with a high risk of contracting infectious diseases.
The list of works, the performance of which is associated with a high risk of contracting infectious diseases and requires mandatory preventive vaccinations, is established by the federal executive body authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation.
Thus, in a short time, teachers, doctors, civil servants, as well as students will face a choice: to vaccinate, despite the fear of vaccination, or to change their profession.
Many Russians immediately realized that the coronavirus vaccine would be as voluntary as the collective farm in the old Soviet joke "If you want, you join, if you don't want, we'll shoot you." Lawyers and human rights activists talked about this at the beginning of 2021, when it became known about the order of the Ministry of Health.
Nevertheless, the Deputy Minister of Health of the Novosibirsk Region Elena Aksenova assured the correspondent of "Precedent" that at the present time there are no documents stipulating the defeat in the rights of those who do not want to give the vaccine.
Meanwhile, a contract serviceman, on condition of anonymity, told Precedent that after being vaccinated, despite feeling unwell, he went to work, fearing to violate the order.
