Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a federal law on attracting a parent who lives separately from a child after a divorce to pay additional expenses related to housing for a minor. The corresponding document was published on the official Internet portal of legal information.
"The point is that a parent can be brought (by the court - ed.) To participate in the lease or provision of housing for him (the child - ed.) On a certain right, if the child has nowhere to live, that is, there is absolutely no suitable housing for living. But this is only in cases where the parent has an additional opportunity for this. If he does not have such an opportunity, of course, he will not be involved. That is, this is a right, not an obligation of the court, "Dergunova told RIA Novosti.
She noted that the law contains "a very interesting point - it is not specified in what amount it is involved (for payment - ed.)." In the amount of half of these additional costs or in full?
