“The library is currently implementing four projects for children. These are the "Writer in the Library", "Colorful Country", "Music Box" and "Journey to the World of Music" program. The first three projects are already six years old. Meetings with writers and musicians, as well as changing the exposition of the "Colorful Country" project, are held monthly. The Music Box is a quarterly project,”noted Olga Romanova. According to her, on February 19, the children will meet with the writer Maya Lazarenskaya, and on March 18, Valery Voskoboinikov will come to the library. “Before meeting a writer, I give the children the task to read his books. Now children are reading "Nine Hundred Days of Courage" and "Marshals of Victory". At the meeting with the writer, children will be able to share their impressions of his books,”added Olga Romanova.
