A school with a preschool department for almost 1,000 children will be built in the settlement of Shchapovsky. The head of the department for the development of new territories of the capital, Vladimir Zhidkin, spoke about this on Wednesday, February 24.
So, on a site with an area of 3 hectares, there is currently a school 2085, as well as an object of unfinished construction. It is planned to demolish it and build a school for 800 places with a pre-school department for 150 places.
Vladimir Zhidkin explained that the institution will necessarily provide rooms for music lessons, a drawing room, a room for matinees, a room for learning foreign languages.
- Of course, we always pay attention to the purchase of sports equipment, as well as the arrangement of walking areas with modern play equipment, - said the head of the department.
He explained that all social facilities in the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative areas meet safety and environmental requirements.
Vladimir Zhidkin recalled that in the territory of New Moscow, 19 schools and 54 kindergartens were built and commissioned in eight and a half years.
