More than 50 social facilities have been commissioned in the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative areas since 2012, according to the press service of the Moscow New Territories Development Department.
"More than 50 social facilities have been commissioned at the expense of investors in the Troitsk and Novomoskovsk districts (TiNAO) since 2012," the head of the Moscow New Territories Development Department, Vladimir Zhidkin, said in the message.
It is clarified that in total during this time, over 80 social facilities were built in the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative areas, including 50 kindergartens for more than 10 thousand places, 19 schools for almost 18 thousand places and 12 objects of medical infrastructure. The share of developers is quite significant.
“Schools, kindergartens, hospitals and clinics meet the requirements of safety, environmental friendliness and a barrier-free environment. Upon commissioning, they are fully provided with equipment and furniture. We have agreed on joint plans with leading developers working in the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative areas. Within two years, they will build five more polyclinics, 12 schools and 18 kindergartens in the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative areas. Now investors are already building about 20 social facilities and are designing a few more,”Zhidkin said.
