This was announced by Vladimir Rodionov, Minister of Social Development, Guardianship and Guardianship of the Irkutsk Region.

- Large families with an average per capita income below the subsistence level who are raising three or more children under the age of 18, including those adopted, adopted into foster care, transferred to a foster family, are eligible to receive payments. The amount of the payment is 3,000 rubles for each child, the minister said.

Vladimir Rodionov recalled that if a family is simultaneously entitled to this payment and an allowance for the purchase of a set of clothes and sports uniforms for children, then at the choice of a citizen, he is provided with one of two measures of social support.

Recall that this measure was adopted by a decree of the Government of the Irkutsk Region in 2016. This year, on behalf of the Governor of the Irkutsk Region Sergey Levchenko, the payment was extended until 2024.

On the issue of providing payments, a citizen or his representative applies with an application to the regional "Department of Social Protection of the Population" at the place of residence or place of stay. Acceptance of documents for the provision of an annual cash payment to prepare children for school will continue until August 31, 2019.

More detailed information on the procedure and conditions for the appointment of this social support measure can be obtained on the ministry's website:
