In kindergarten 1237 at 135 Belinsky Street in the Oktyabrsky District of Novosibirsk, a wall was propped up with a metal pipe, on which cracks were found. The pupils, who were usually in this wing of the building, were transferred to other premises, and this group was closed a week ago. According to the parents, this is due to the threat of collapse.
Now some parents are afraid to take their children to this kindergarten. The children themselves tell them that a wall is falling there, and the situation is unsafe. It is noted that the wall has been supported by a pipe for a long time.
If you look from the back of the building, then in fact, at the height of the second floor, the wall is supported by a metal support. According to employees of the children's institution, there is no internal damage to the wall. Now the premises are being examined, and the commission will make a decision based on its results.
“The children have been transferred, because there it was necessary to remove the interior decoration in order to see. The beacon that stood there before it was covered with plasterboard is in order,”commented the senior kindergarten teacher Tatyana Shevchenko.
The education department of the Novosibirsk mayor's office reported that in the fall the state of the brickwork of the kindergarten building deteriorated sharply, so the wall needs urgent repair. They will be held in September-October this year. This is a joint decision with the administration of the Oktyabrsky district. The pupils of the kindergarten will be transferred to other gardens of the region during the renovation.
The Department of Education also stressed that access to the dangerous premises of the kindergarten is now closed, specialists have been hired to examine the building. After the survey, a specific decision on the repair will be made.
