He also believes that young people need to communicate traditional family values. “Traditional family values should be in the focus of attention, generally accepted values should be popularized and promoted from all sides. The propaganda of having many children, that a large family is cool, is good,”he said in an interview with the radio station“Moscow speaking”.
In his opinion, material payments to young families can also stimulate the birth rate in our country. “To motivate the birth of the first child, it might be useful to offer family capital in the amount of 450-500 thousand so that young people do not have fears and any doubts that they can give birth. They will no longer be afraid of any economic upheavals,”Solenov said.
He said that popularizing the law on partner childbirth would also help motivate Russians to reproduce. Men can accompany their women not only in the delivery rooms, but also in specialized waiting rooms nearby. He also believes that paternal capital can help increase the birth rate in Russia.
