Olga Bessolova, Advisor to the Director General of Metalloinvest Management Company, held a training seminar for the Metalloinvest Healthy Child program for kindergarten teachers in Stary Oskol.
She shared with Stary Oskol teachers her many years of experience in project activities, talked about how to clothe an idea into a concrete form of a project that will not just exist on paper, but will become a part of life.
The maximum experience of an expert and a minimum of theory is just what kindergarten teachers need, who have come to learn how to solve specific problems. In each kindergarten, they, of course, have their own. Someone thinks that it is necessary to create comfortable conditions for children with allergies, others ask themselves the question of identifying giftedness at an early age, for someone safety of walks is important …
Dividing the teachers into groups, the expert sketched the touches for their projects, suggesting which questions should be answered. Everyone got down to business. At the end of the day, the projects were defended. It is not enough to prove the urgency of the problem, you need to propose a solution to get a measurable, concrete result. This is not an easy task. But from such seminars, according to the organizers, each time there are ready-made projects, which are then implemented.
Some of the seminar participants spoke about projects that, having been born thanks to the Healthy Child program, continue to live and develop today. For example, in kindergarten 71, a study room was equipped with grant funds, and for the third year now an early childhood development center has been operating here.
Lyubov Yudina, a speech therapist at kindergarten 37, spoke about a group of short-term stays for disabled children in kindergarten created thanks to a grant, which is successfully working today.
There was only one man among the participants in the seminar. Dmitry Polyakov, deputy director of the Stary Oskol Institute for the Development of Education, is the first time in Olga Bessolova's class. I already came with my idea - for advice on how to arrange it in the form of a project that can apply for a grant from Metalloinvest.
- We analyzed the results of the USE and the USE in mathematics in the district and in the country as a whole. They are not encouraging. And at the international Olympiad in recent years, we have taken places below the 12th, although they used to take prize money, - Dmitry Dmitrievich shares his unhappy statistics. - It is necessary to develop the ability to exact sciences in children, and from the age of three. For example, in kindergarten, teach how to play chess, collect LEGO robots. And in summer camps, try to introduce mathematical shifts.
Irina Tkachenko, musical director of kindergarten 2, like Dmitry Polyakov, came to the seminar with her project idea:
- We want to cure sore throat and stuttering with the help of vocals. Singing is not only entertainment, but also health benefits, - says Irina Viktorovna. - During this seminar, we learned how, while working on a project, to place key points. Now I understand what to do and in what sequence.
