“I think it's very good that events of such a format as a strategic session are being held. The main plus I see is that people from completely different spheres gather, because very often education solves its problems inside. But education is a social phenomenon, and it cannot exist by itself, because even the activities of our teachers are primarily due to the social order. We live in a society, and it is impossible not to be guided by the demands of today. On the other hand, it is very good that representatives of other spheres are deputies, representatives of settlements and municipalities will hear the problems of schools, because often many problems seem insignificant and specific to education, and the school is unable to solve many things on its own, Irina Kuznetsova shared her opinion.
She noted that for children with disabilities, the issue of socialization is very acute. This problem cannot be solved without the help of the professional community and employers.
Unfortunately, children with disabilities often lack support measures, says Irina Kuznetsova. And it's not just about creating a barrier-free environment. "There are categories of children with mental disabilities, children who have big problems with socialization - they do not need ramps, sound signals at pedestrian crossings. But there are a lot of such children, and they need something completely different - and first of all it is psychological help. them and their family. Yes, they will not build airplanes. But, excuse me, they are people too and can also work, "said Irina Kuznetsova and added that gifted and disabled children should not be placed on opposite sides of the barricade. Indeed, there are many gifted and talented children among children with disabilities.
"This year, for example, a graduate girl received a gold medal from the hands of the governor - she is blind, but she is a gifted child. At the same time, she is a child with a disability, with a whole range of her own problems," notes Irina Kuznetsova and emphasizes that often they forget about such - special - children, whether they are gifted or not. And most of them need some kind of help and support.
"Also at the session, I would like to ask a question about vocational guidance - while conducting it, it is important not to forget about this category of people, because it is very significant both for the region and for themselves," concluded Irina Kuznetsova.
Recall that strategic sessions are held within the framework of work on a long-term strategy for the development of the region. The strategy is discussed at thematic sessions with the involvement of a wide circle of the public, experts at the federal and regional levels, officials and deputies. Any resident of the Samara region can leave their proposals for inclusion in the strategy on the website 63lider.ru.
Strategic sessions have already taken place on the development of housing and public utilities and improvement, improving the quality of medical care, building a personnel policy, and building up economic indicators. Also, separate sessions were devoted to situations in small towns and rural areas of the region.
The work of the strategic session "The best for children" will be divided into four sections: "Upbringing: family and school", "Extracurricular education - the path to success", "Preservation of health and safety of children in the educational space", "Preschool education - the territory of childhood diversity ".
