Penza, March 26 - PenzaNews. A pre-investigation check was organized in Penza on the fact that a user of a social network posted false information that a 5-year-old girl allegedly walked unattended around house 59 on Stroiteley Avenue for several days and spent the night in the entrances. This was reported to PenzaNews by Tatyana Makhnitskaya, Senior Assistant to the Head of the Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee for the Penza Region for Interaction with Mass Media.
“It has been established that the user of social networks posted a photo of a child from a prosperous family that is not registered in any way with the authorities of the system for the prevention of neglect and juvenile delinquency. The girl did not leave her place of residence and was not on the street without adult supervision,”explained the agency's interlocutor.
She added that the investigators will have to find out whether the actions of the author of the message on the social network contain signs of corpus delicti under Part 1 of Art. 137 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Violation of the inviolability of private life."
Earlier, the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Penza region clarified that a woman who spread false information about someone else's child has hostile attitudes towards the family, and she received a picture of the girl in an inappropriate way.
The legal representative of the child filed an application for bringing a citizen born in 1991 to criminal liability for disseminating libel.
