Like most parents of preschoolers, I am outraged by the sharp increase in fees for kindergarten. We do not know since when we hear that the food basket in the region is one of the cheapest in Siberia and does not rise in price almost, why then they immediately add 650 rubles for food to the kindergarten !? We are asked to treat this decision with understanding, but what kind of understanding is there if they don't want to listen to their parents?
Parental indignation at the increase in payment for kindergartens reached both the deputies of the Legislative Assembly and the governor. Let us remind you that this "price tag" has risen since December 1 in most municipalities of the region; in some places - by 300-400 rubles, in Barnaul - even more.
The parliamentarians have little leverage over local governments - the owners of kindergartens, to put it mildly, the opinion of the head of the region is another matter. And he, having analyzed "the entire amount of information", came to the conclusion that a significant increase in the level of parental payments for food for children in preschool institutions is a premature decision.

It is necessary to once again comprehensively study the situation. Of course, the quality of nutrition for children in preschool institutions should be higher. And work on this should be carried out in several directions, one of which is strengthening control over the quality of purchased food for kindergartens and other social institutions. According to the governor, it is necessary to strengthen control over the quality of food preparation, and over the form and how it is offered to children. For this, the parental community should be involved to a greater extent.
