"This year, 490 million rubles were allocated from the regional budget for the children's health campaign, which is 137 million rubles more than last year. Of these funds, 66.8 million rubles were allocated to prepare the camps for the season, and the rest of the funds - to increase the number of rested children, "- said Lavrentieva.
According to her, in 2018, at the expense of the regional budget, 81 thousand 644 children will rest in children's camps, which is 4.5 thousand more children compared to last year.
The representative of the ministry clarified that in preparation for the season, the material and technical base will be updated in the camps.
"The renovation has not been carried out for many years. Equipment for catering units is being purchased for the camps, dishes are being updated, roofs are being repaired, windows and doors are being replaced. All work will be completed by the opening of the season," Lavrentieva stressed.
In the Omsk region there are 521 camps with a day stay for children, 32 out-of-town children's health camps, 37 tent camps and 10 sanatorium camps. According to Lavrentieva, the cost of one voucher depends on the type of institution, but its average price remained at the level of last year - 15,330 rubles. In 2017, 77 thousand 379 children rested in the camps, 353 million rubles were allocated from the regional budget for these purposes.
