This summer, large-scale renovation work was launched at kindergarten 135 (Svyazi passage, 15).
Soon all the windows, the heat exchanger will be replaced in the kindergarten, the heating system will be modernized. Irina Andreeva, deputy of the Council of Deputies of the city of Murmansk, checked how contractors cope with such a volume of work.
- After talking with the manager and personally seeing how the work is being done, I can say that the contractor takes a responsible approach to its duties. Murmansk residents work at the facility, and they understand very well who they work for - for the youngest residents of our city, - said Irina Andreeva. - I am sure that when the children return to their native kindergarten, they simply will not recognize him.
The preschool institution has 13 groups for children from 1.5 to 7 years old, a speech therapy center, and a center for play support for young children who do not attend kindergarten.
Windows are being replaced as part of the Warm Window program. Since the beginning of this program, a comprehensive replacement of windows has been carried out in 93 buildings of preschool educational institutions. More than 11 thousand window blocks in total.
In 2020, as part of the "Warm Window" program, double-glazed windows will be installed in 16 preschool institutions.
