From January 1, 2020, the Moscow Region will change the form of providing adequate nutrition for pregnant women, nursing mothers, as well as children under the age of three - instead of providing in-kind dairy cuisine, a monthly cash payment for food will be provided.

The payment can be received by:
pregnant women (from 12 weeks of gestation)
breastfeeding mothers (within 6 months from the date of birth, if the baby is exclusively breastfed)
children under three years of age (mixed or formula fed)
The payment will be provided to Russian citizens who have a permanent place of residence (permanent registration) in the Moscow region.
“This year, a pilot project was carried out to monetize dairy cuisine in Ramenskoye, Zaraysk and Ivanteevka, and the majority of residents preferred a cash payment instead of natural dairy cuisine,” commented Irina Fayevskaya, Minister of Social Development of the region.
The amount of the cash payment will be:
pregnant women - 400 rubles
nursing mothers - 1000 rubles
children from 0 to 1 year old - 1000 rubles
children from 1 to 3 years old - 600 rubles
To receive a monthly cash payment for food, citizens must submit an application starting from December 1, 2019 and during the first 6 months of 2020 (unless the child reaches the age of 3 years in the specified period). The application can be submitted by following the link:
