- Recently, a video appeared on one telegram channel about how the Kaliningrad police cut the door in the apartment of the administrator of the VKontakte social network at night. Later, Alexey Navalny published this video on his YouTube channel with comments:
It seems like the admin of the public insulted the policeman in the video, and the security forces decided to find the source from him, simply breaking into the apartment and putting his nose on the floor. It turned out to be confused. Wrong admin, wrong public. But the cry of a small child choking with fear in the video is quite real.
Seriously cutting out the door to the apartment for publishing in VK at night, from which children's screams are heard ?! He killed someone, ate someone, is he a terrorist, is he a public danger? The police themselves say that there was a video that was not suitable for them. That is, it turns out that the source of some video is more important than living real children. Think about it: objectionable vidosik against lives. Pathos? No. Because when strangers in masks break into the safest place for a child - his house and throw on the floor in front of him his main hero and protector - dad, and the other most significant adult, to whom you want to cuddle up from piercing fear, is mom, herself squeals with horror, then this is a psychological trauma for life. And this has serious consequences in terms of the formation of attitudes and trust in the world, in parents, in behavior in life situations.
It doesn't matter who the admin is, it doesn't matter when it happened. There is this video and what I see in it is NOT NORMAL. This should not come from the word ALL. And it happens. And I already know two cases - this and a similar story with Vladimir Vorontsov, who was also "adopted" with his four-year-old daughter. This is just what I know. And how many are there really? How many of these injured children and their frightened parents if we cut out the door like "hello"? After all, no statistics are kept, the notorious spiral of silence, and you can even understand this. People are scared. People are afraid of people. People are afraid of those people who have to protect. People who are supposed to protect are also afraid of someone and are doing bestial savagery. Everyone is afraid of everyone, but children are the main priority of state policy. Oh how!
And where is the assessment of the risks in terms of protecting the rights and interests of children during forceful arrests and searches? And there is no her. Let me remind you that we have no procedural rules for arrests and searches in the presence of children. And he must be. In a country where today the share of children in the total population is the highest (22.4% according to Rosstat data as of 01.04.2020), in a state in whose rewritten Constitution the priority of children is loudly declared among the main ones, such regulations should be in place.
I have already written about this more than once and, apparently, I will. Because I work with children and see the consequences of the above situations. Because I have two of mine. Because I do not want children to scream in horror when this can and should be avoided. I do not want parental authority to be undermined by those who should not be undermined at all. I do not want our children to lose their sense of security where today they essentially only have it - at home.
