“Since January this year, we have registered 1,761 children, of which 910 are boys and 851 are girls. And today we are celebrating 10 babies in this maternity hospital. Employees of the registry office came with ready-made birth certificates to present them in a solemn atmosphere, "said the head of the registry office in Vologda and the Vologda region Larisa Efimova.
