The circle appeared about 70 years ago thanks to the naturalist and teacher Peter Smolin. Since then, it has been attended by thousands of children, many of whom have become biologists. “The main feature of the VOOP circle is observation of plants and animals in nature. Astronomical Club of the Moscow Planetarium
