A 16-year-old orphan from Armavir said that his adoptive father Eduard was provoked to be hit by another adopted child. The guardianship authorities accuse the man of systematically beating three children.
The boy said that there was never violence in his family. However, the parents took another child who wanted to go to other people. To do this, the boy tried for a long time to provoke his adoptive father and installed a camera in advance to capture the incident, 360 TV channel broadcasts.
According to him, the staff of the guardianship authorities deceived him: they said that he could either go to the new foster parents, or return to the orphanage. At the same time, they told his foster mother Natalya that the boy himself decided to move to another family.
The guardianship authorities believe that Eduard systematically beat the adopted children with a belt and forced them to touch the cactus. On March 30, the man's lawyer filed a motion to drop the charges, but the decision is currently unknown.
Earlier NEWS.ru wrote that in the law "On Education in the Russian Federation" universities are prescribed to allocate 10% of the total number of budget places for applicants of a special category, including orphans. However, for children without parents, this rule is valid only until January 1, 2021. The deputies submitted a bill to the State Duma for consideration, according to which the special right for admission to the education of orphans will become indefinite.
