The girl's mother, who has been in the perinatal center all her life, filed a complaint against the judge of the Presnensky court, who limited the rights of the parents to the child.
- I ask to initiate bringing the federal judge of the Presnensky District Court of Moscow Karzhavina N. S. to disciplinary responsibility for the procedural violations, - the complaint says.
As specified, the judge also refused to require written evidence from the plaintiffs and did not order a medical examination with the examination of the child. The meeting was held without the presence of the girl's mother - the woman said that the judge violated the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, reports TASS.
Let us remind you that earlier the 5-year-old girl was transferred to the guardianship services.
In December 2019, the children's ombudsman Anna Kuznetsova urged parents to take the child home. The ROC also made a similar statement, noting that raising a child is a "sacred duty" of parents. However, since no one responded to numerous requests, the guardianship authorities filed a lawsuit to limit the rights of parents.
Recall that the girl spent all five years of her life in the perinatal center "Mother and Child". The parents do not take the child home. Despite the girl's absence of serious health problems, her parents believe that she is seriously ill and should be near the intensive care unit.
