MOSCOW, June 21 - RIA Novosti. Deputy Speaker of the State Duma Irina Yarovaya asked the Ministry of Education to speed up the development of model agreements on the organization of children's recreation, which establish the responsibility of all parties when a child rests in a summer camp.
"I sent a letter with a request to speed up the development of an approximate form of a model contract and include in the guidelines a section with photo and video illustrations of real conditions for children's recreation, I sent to the Minister of Education," Yarovaya told reporters on Thursday.
She also stressed that this agreement should be the main legal fact of the beginning of family interaction and the organization of children's recreation and their recovery. Yarovaya drew attention to the fact that the summer health campaign has already begun, and this requires the immediate approval of the form of the contract, which is of great importance in ensuring comprehensive measures for the organization and safety of children's recreation. However, the Ministry of Education has not yet developed a corresponding model agreement.
"In addition, the registers of organizations that carry out children's recreation should become a full-fledged source of information for parents about the conditions for children's recreation. Monitoring has shown that today they do not contain visualization of children's recreation conditions: the organization's premises where children will be located, sports grounds and other facilities.", - said Yarovaya.
In addition, the vice speaker suggested that the Ministry of Culture prepare explanations for the regions on the safety requirements of recommended tourist routes for children.
"I have prepared a corresponding appeal to the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation with a request to prepare explanations for the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, containing recommendations on organizing the safety of the route, interaction with the Ministry of Emergencies, the need for medical assistance, the need for access to food and drinking water and other aspects affecting safety," - said the deputy.
Earlier, the Russian government gave the Ministry of Education and Science the authority to develop and implement the foundations of state policy in the field of organizing recreation and health improvement of children. After the approval of the new composition of the Cabinet of Ministers in 2018, the department was divided into the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.
